  3. research contribution/benefits, and

  4. a brief review of previous literature followed by a clear statement of novelty/originality (preferably supported by journal references from the last 10 years).

Rules:

  • Do not divide the Introduction into sub-sections such as background/problem/objectives.

  • type of research,

  • population,

  • sample/subject, and

  • technical data analysis.

Multilevel numbering may be used if needed.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

This section must present findings and scientific discussion supported by adequate data. It must:

  • address the research hypothesis/objectives,

  • provide comparisons with prior studies, and

  • follow the minimum discussion logic:
    (1) what/how (processed data, not raw data; supported by tables/figures and clear explanations),
    (2) why (link findings to concepts and/or hypotheses, supported by clear facts), and
    (3) what else (conformity or contradiction with previous research).

Rules:

  • Avoid bullet lists; even when listing items, write them as descriptive paragraphs

  • Foreign terms must be italicized

  • Table/figure numbering must be continuous, and each table/figure must have a title.

6) Tables and Figures

Tables

  • Place tables centered.

  • Font: Times New Roman, 8–11 pt

  • No vertical lines; avoid internal horizontal lines (show only header and final line).

  • Create tables using Insert Table (do not paste as images).

  • In-text reference must use “Table 1 …” (capital T).

  • If a table continues on the next page: repeat header row, keep the same table number, replace the title with Continuation, and do not end the table title with a period.

Pictures/Figures

  • Use sequential numbering and titles: Picture 1 …

  • Place the picture title below the image.

  • Use professional-quality images; frames are unnecessary.

  • Black-and-white images are recommended where appropriate.

7) Conclusion

Write the conclusions in a brief, concise, and clear manner. Avoid dividing conclusions into many sub-parts or bullet points.

  • Minimum 15 references

  • At least 80% must be primary sources (especially journal articles).

  • Prefer references from the last 10 years.

  • Do not split the reference list into categories; keep one consolidated list.
