SIMURGA provides an academic forum for the study of Islam and Muslim societies across textual, intellectual, legal, historical, institutional, cultural, and social dimensions. The journal provides a multidisciplinary publication platform centred on nine principal fields of scholarship: Dental Therapy and Oral Health, Psychology, Law, Social Welfare, Forest Conservation, Mechanical Engineering, Statistics and Data Science, Environmental Engineering, and Architecture and Built Environment.

MULTIVA welcomes disciplinary research within these areas as well as multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary studies that connect two or more of these fields.
