AICIVIA: Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Technology, and Social Transformation is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed and open-access journal that publishes scholarly works on digital transformation and its relationship with society, institutions, governance, public services, markets, education, communication, health, law, and culture. The journal provides an academic forum for examining how digital technologies reshape social practices, organizational structures, decision-making processes, and interactions between citizens, governments, businesses, communities, and technological systems.

The journal approaches digital transformation as more than the adoption of new technological tools. Artificial intelligence, digital platforms, automated systems, data analytics, and networked communication also raise questions concerning accountability, privacy, security, accessibility, inequality, public participation, ethics, and institutional responsibility. Punggawa Digital Society therefore welcomes research that connects technological innovation with its social consequences, governance arrangements, regulatory responses, and practical implementation.

AICIVIA accepts original research articles, review articles, conceptual papers, comparative studies, policy analyses, and applied research. Manuscripts may originate from public administration, communication, economics, business and management, education, law, health, political science, sociology, information systems, computer science, and other relevant disciplines. Purely technical manuscripts may be considered when they contain substantial analysis of users, institutions, governance, policy, ethics, implementation, or the wider effects of technology on society.

AICIVIA is published quarterly, with issues released in February, May, August, and November, by Punggawa Legacy Center. The journal accepts manuscripts written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Every submission undergoes preliminary editorial screening and double-blind peer review before publication. All published articles are made freely available to readers under the journal’s open-access policy.
